Ellie Johnson, the multi award-winning editor, joins founding members Billy Mead, Quin Williams and MD Ed Hoadley as the fourth partner of tenthree.
Ellie Johnson began her career as an editor at Speade, where she made a name for herself as a hugely creative and widely sought-after editor.
In early 2018, Ellie joined tenthree and she really has had an incredible couple of years, winning the Gold British Arrow for Editing, the Gold Creative Circle Award for Editing, making the Televisual Top 10 Editors list and also most recently, made Campaign’s Female Frontier honour list, for ‘Conquering Creativity’.

Over the past couple of years Ellie has cemented her places as one of the top Editing talents in London with stand out commercial work for Department of Education, McDonalds and KFC while still staying true to her promo roots finding time to win Best Editing at UKVMAs for DJ Shadow Rocket Fuel.
